April Lying Butt Lifts Challenge




I apologize for not posting anything in March. I was quite busy with school, debate tournaments and a class excursion. I decided to create a lying butt lifts challenge to tone my butt in time for Summer. Butt lifts may also be called hip lifts. This is my first time creating a workout routine, so please use caution if you find it too difficult.



Lie on your back, with arms at your side, knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips towards the ceiling and hold the position for a second. The butt lifts with a lifted leg mean that you straighten and lift your leg, so it is at the same height as your other thigh and hold while lifting your hips. The move is also named hip-lift progression.
