Christmas time is the time when I make most of my cookies with rolled dough. That is why it is important to remember this tip.
I either use flour or confectioner's sugar, but the flour stays on the cookies, so it's better to use the sugar.
This year, I made gingerbread cookies and soft Christmas cookies. This year we frosted them as well, recipes will soon follow :)
The cookies turned out so great, we were able to give them as gifts.
